Scheduling Dates

Rental Expenses

The rental structure is based on established rental rates and determined by the type of event and space used. Further information can be obtained from the General Manager.

Contract Execution

All arrangements are considered to be tentative until a contract has been fully executed and returned.

Financial Settlements

At the conclusion of the event, the lessee will be responsible for settling all outstanding facility expenses. The settlement will occur in a mutually agreed upon Arena location.
