Anti-Harassment Training
Please use the following link for the 2025 Anti-Harassment Training video. All OVG employees are required to complete this training by August 1st, 2025. If you have not yet completed this training please do so as soon as possible. Once completed please scan the QR code or manually type in the link to complete the online Acknowledgement Form.
Once receipt of the Acknowledgement Form is received, 30 minutes will be added during that pay period to the employees paycheck.

PARKING UPDATE
Beginning, August 1, 2024 for those of you who currently park in the Fullerton Lot on a daily basis will be required to park in the Melody Tent Centre - Lot, entering from Centre Avenue. This will now be the place you should park moving forward when coming to work. If you chose to park in any other lot other than Melody Tent – Centre (also referred to as Melody Tent Block A), then you will have to pay the advertised daily rate. If you do so, you should scan the QR Code posted in that lot to pay. NOTE-THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR PARKING IN THE MELODY TENT BLOCK A LOT.
Your license plate number has been forwarded to OVG Parking & Mobility, the contractor hired by the SEA and the URA for managing the surface lot parking operation. OVG Parking & Mobility has input you license plate into their license plate reader system for validation in parking in the Melody Tent Lot. The current parking hang tags are no longer needed nor valid. Attached is an FAQ that OVG Parking & Mobility has prepared. New Event Security Call Off Number is 412-804-7907. This number will start to be used for events starting Monday March 2, 2026 going forward. Please acquaint yourselves to this number. All Ushers will continue to use the same call off number 412-804-7902. Thank You.
All employees must show valid PPG Paints Arena I.D. when entering the employee entrance. Employees without valid building I.D. will be required to contact their supervisor.
Parking is available in the Melody Tent Lot (Centre or Bedford Avenue side will be determined per show). Parking is still $1 (NO CASH). If you do not have a pass, please show your employee badge.
PAYROLL
We are excited to inform you that OVG has rolled out ADP’s Employee Self Service (ESS) for all of its venues. You will now be required to enter any address, direct deposit, and W4 changes directly through ADP. Local tax changes will be handled by the corporate payroll department once they are notified of an address change. Please continue to provide the PPG Paints Arena Payroll Department with paper copies of any changes made for their records.
Employees can log into www.myadp.com with their existing ADP username and password and follow the instructions on the attached ESS Employee Guide to make a change.
If you do not have a username and password, the ESS guide also provides instructions on how to create one. If you have trouble creating an account, please reach out to the OVG IT helpdesk: helpdesk@oakviewgroup.com

FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE OVG 401K PLAN FROM
MIGRATION UPDATE: 401(K) Plan Impacts to U.S. OVG Employee Participants – June 9, 2023
At the end of May we had a scheduled ADP upgrade to our payroll system. This has impacted our file feeds to Fidelity, causing a temporary delay in our 401(K) eligibility data and funding processing for the last two pay dates for all U.S. employee participants, and eligibility data for new hires.
Our team is prioritizing this issue immediately, and is working closely with ADP and Fidelity to coordinate a solution and update employee accounts as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance for your continued support as we work to update our systems and processes for ONE OVG. We will provide regular updates until this issue is resolved, if you have questions please contact your HR representative.
SECOND UPDATE: 401(K) Plan Impacts to U.S. OVG Employee Participants – June 13, 2023
We continue working with ADP and Fidelity to resolve the file processing issue experienced due to the EV6 migration. We have yet to reach a resolution; however, this remains a top priority for both teams. We will provide updates in the next few days until we reach a solution. PROGRESS UPDATE: 401(K) Plan Impacts to U.S. OVG Employee Participants – June 16, 2023
We are pleased to report we have made progress on the file processing issue experienced due to the EV6 migration. At this time, Fidelity is processing the outstanding payroll files from ADP and will begin the funding process early next week following Monday’s Federal bank holiday. Accounts will be updated for all payroll contributions by the end of next week, and we will provide a final update once we have confirmed all account notations are completed. This continues to be of highest priority. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through the final resolution of this issue.

PROGRESS UPDATE:The 401(K) file and funding issue with both ADP and Fidelity has now been resolved. – July 3, 2023
This file issue delayed the processing of all contribution and eligibility files to the US 401(K) Plan, which was as a result of the EV6 migration across our payroll system. All files have now been processed. Funding to participant accounts is also in process – you should see any elected contributions in your accounts within the next 48 hours.
